What makes our team so special? Well, we are all huge Montessori geeks who believe that Dr Montessori created a revolutionary approach to education. Our team combine this with a passion for neuroscience which backs up many of Montessori’s findings and is the basis of the current UK EYFS (early years foundation stage) framework.
Our teachers are passionate about delivering the Early Years foundation stage using Montessori’s proven educational methods. Essentially the team are huge advocates for child led holistic education, which looks at the child as an individual and we tailor the education to suit THEIR needs.
Our team spend a lot of their time, continually developing their practice to ensure that they are always putting the child at the centre of their work. This is achieved through continual self-development, and we teach the children about the importance of self-regulation and inward reflection by using ourselves as examples in action.
